Entirely constructed from wood, this impressive 7,600 square-foot log cabin presented an exciting challenge for our photographer and editors. Typically, we use lighting techniques and image stacking to blend the best aspects of natural light with precise color corrections. Given the size of this home, we dedicated extra time to ensure the lighting reflected beautifully and the colors were rendered as accurately as possible.

 

For the twilight shoot, we crafted a few "moody" style photos after sunset, utilizing flash to highlight the dramatic wood beams. The interplay of light and shadow created a captivating ambiance that perfectly suited the home's character. 

 

Capturing video was an absolute pleasure. With the majestic Mt. Shasta as a backdrop and a roaring fireplace providing a warm glow, we took full advantage of the property's breathtaking beauty to produce a stunning visual presentation.
